I was staying in Bishan for the past 1 week at my sister's house...

As I took the bus from Mediacorp at Thomson back to Bishan, I pass by stretches of eateries..around Thomson area...I am indeed....overwhelmed by the delicious food that I saw..and was immediately drooling for it....

hehe...that was when I decide to bug KT to bring me to one the famous chicken rice stall at Thomson....."NAM KEE CHICKEN RICE"...


I was seriously impressed when I entered into this air conditioned coffee shop....it seems like a 80s kopitiam....no joke...

look at all this chairs and tables....doesn't it seems like a 80s kopitiam?

look at this phone....I think you can't find it anywhere on the street liao.....But I am dead sure this is still in working condition.

and best of all is that it doesn't just sell chicken rice..but like those zi char store..it sells quite a variety of food as well.....

It is going to be a long week for me.....Am on a short term 1 week project at Mediacorp.....Other then being able to work with my goodie papa again.....nothing is fantastic there......

Well..I don't really fancy seeing stars...or not those idol kind of person....haha...so it doesn't really matters...if I get to see them at Mediacorp or not......

The worst thing is...Mediacorp is situated at such a ulu and inconvenient place.....at Thomson.....

*Gosh* I almost fainted...when I was told...that the whole bus journey from my home at Jurong to Mediacorp will takes approx 1hr 15mins..... Isn't that a long torturing journey? Especially..I got motion sickness.....and can't take a long journey ride...

It is going to make my mood really really bad......

Luckily...hehe..my sister stays in Bishan....and they could drop me off at mediacorp every morning....which is only 10-15mins car ride...from her house....*Thank Goodness*

I tried taking bus back to Bishan from Mediacorp today ...It was a direct bus journey....only 20mins...
Luckily....for me..hehe...Now I am really looking forward to next week..where I will be embarking on my long awaited Financial Institution Project.....Hehe....Wish me best of luck!!!!

It was KT birthday.....and I spend a bit of time preparing him a small little cake the previous nite. As my design sucks...I decide to come out with a simple little cake....

Well didn't had any grand celebration as KT was pretty busy with work recently....
Had italian dinner at Prego....Hmm...I must really commend on their services...the staff are friendly, polite and efficient.....

However, I feel that their well known pasta and pizza are so-so only....

I have tried Alforno before and I give them *thumbs up* for their food. I love their spaghetti sauce and the Oven wood pizza. However the serving at Alforno is huge....as compared to Alforno which is jsut the right serving for me...


hmm...finally the best part of the day is I get a gift on somebody's else birthday.....isn't it nice?

Went to Union Sq last Sat night. Some MR XXXX Teo lor....fly aeroplane last minute never turn up lor...Feign illness...haha...You owed me one.....

Everyone is dancing happily on the dance floor while I am stuck sitting at one corner looking at people....WHY?...Coz no one dance with me lor.....

But I really feel the gush of energy to social dance on the dance floor.....Next time it be better...I am picking up Bachata now...Is really a sensual romantic dance....

I am going to master it well and next time...hehe..it be me doing Bachata on the dance floor...

It was a suprising morning. Receive a sms early in the morning from my sister. She has given birth to a cute little baby girl of approx 3kg ......It was 2 weeks earlier than expected....Nonetheless, both baby and mother is healthy and fine......

Hehe...now I am waiting anxiously for the day to end. I can then rush down to hospital to see my beloved cute little baby niece.....Hmm...I keep mentioning about my niece without a name because the parents haven't given her a name yet...hehe....

Too bad....my sister disallow me to put baby pictures on the net......So you guys cant get to see the cute pictures....nevermind....hehe..I will leave the pictures in my handphone and let you guys see it next time if you meet me....

It was a real busy weekend.....line up full of programs.....

Finally the long awaited Bachata II class is here......Went for a 1.5 hrs of lesson....I am actually quite suprised...because this time round there were quite a few aunties....about 40-50 yrs old ...they are quite sexily dressed....with tight top and short skirts...thou..they are not sexy......heeee.......


Sat evening 6pm...I arrived at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve anxiously......it was a 2 hrs evening guided walk..it seems a decade since I been there......hmmmm...Is Primary school days if I didn't remember wrongly.....

Saw some cute monekys and squirrels....sometimes..is really amazing....to stroll in Nature Reserve....coz you really feel so relaxed out of the busy city....Didn't really managed to take many photos as the night start to fall... ]

Managed to snap a pic of this monkey in action after several attempts. Their movement is too fast for me to capture...

On Sunday morning, out of boredoom went to the newly launch "Metropolitan" project beside Redhill MRT .....It is really selling like hot cakes....and you know what? People is already queueing early 8 to 9am in the morning.....Does this scenario seems familiar?

Yes it is.....Back in 1996? People actually queue up overnite just to get a condo unit.....Whoa...this is really scary.....Sometimes...I wonder what is happening again....Economy getting better? Or does it signify another start of another economic crisis?


Arrived at Metirus Mandarin in the afternoon for a friend ROM Soleminzation....Didn't really manage to take a pic of the bride and groom.....

Hehe...But no Worries....you can still catch a glimpse of me....You must be missing me lots right?*Wink*

Everyone is partying….and having fun….but me..just had a drink at Mezzanne and went home by about 11pm hugging my big bloster to sleep….What a boring Hawolleen right?

Do not be surprised……I went to church on Sunday for 10am service somewhere in Bukit Panjang…..hehe…nope, I am not Christian….but just felt like going there to sing song..and listen to the sermon. “Holy” right


Hmmm..but something that the pastor say…really make me ponder over it..He said

“Human cannot change themselves. Only God can change Human”

How much do you agree to this statement? I don’t mean to be offensive to the religion. Personally I don’t really agree. I think whether you want to change yourself or not depends a lot on your own self-willed and determination.
But of course, I think opportunity also play a part.


Well, I have programs all line up for the weekend…Hopefully I can take some wonderful pictures for my blogging.

Finally my long awaited Bachata 2 on Sat. Miss that last month as I was not feeling well.

Saturday evening will be having a stroll at Bukit Timah Nature walk…What am I going to do there? Hehe….to experience wild life and take pictures of course…

Hopefully..I can avoid all the irritating mosquitos…and they are not going to destroy my beautiful skin.. so that I can doll up myself for a Soleminzation luncheon on Sun at Mandarin Hotel…hehe…..Don’t worry I will not forget to take pictures of myself to show you guys…..
