Arghh.....is so frustrating to work with this XXX guy...my team member.....

I thought things could be better after 3 months.....WHO KNOWS....

This few days was a down period....because data was not available to do SIT and user have not got back to us on the requirements of some fields to changed....

I know that my team member is quite free as well..can see that he is surfing net....

Well of course I would have expected him as a developer to have finish his UT documents and necessary stuff that is to be completed by the deadline....

To my atonishment..he has not complete his UT documents...my question to him is what has he done the past few days?...Well..of course he will tell me he do this thing and that thing..as usual...but i doubt he is so busy that.....he is unable to finish the UT documents....

and guess what..the inital part of the UT document he did...

He actually use my UAT test case for his UT test case....and overwrite my stuff...

Now I had to redo my UAT STUFF.....

A developer will surely know what to write for a UT document right??
I guess "COMMON SENSE IS NOT COMMON"after all....

CAT: Do you know what is expected to finish by when?

XXX: "HONESTLY I DON'T KNOW"....

CAT: Do you know you have to read the project plan on task deadline etc?

XXX: Yes I know.

CAT: Then?? Why you never read it?

Well he keeps quiet.................

I seriously dont't know what is going on in his mind.....if he is so uncooperative....and lay back....is going to pose a big problem to me.


Well..of course...I can't tell this to my customer PM....coz is problem with our own internal staff....
I just write in my blog..to let go of my frustration......
