6 Oct 2007

It was a sunny and hot afternoon......
As Singapore is a small island with very enertainment or place to travel, KT & I decided to go Labrador park near Alexandra for a stroll......

Believe it or not it was my first time to go Labrador Park thou I have been talking about going there since ages ago....

Well, you are not able to go Labrador Park if you do not have a car because it is a long walk deep into the park from the main road.....

Labrador Park is really a park that is not commercialized yet...unlike East Coast, it is so crowdedwith people and very commercliazed park.....

Of course, you are unable to find recreational facilities and enertainment there as compared to East Coast park.

Apart from a handful of barbecue pit, and lots of greenery, that's about it....

However, I enjoyed the short one hour walk there....

It was a very very slow stroll for me.....as I think I am anaemic again....

Personally, I like the feeling of Labrador Park.

Nice beautiful sunset.....

Large trees and small beautiful mountains....

Quiet river which not much people and noises....

A very relaxing, peaceful and tranquil place....

Well, if you are looking for a park to rest and relax and sort out your thoughts quietly, I guess that is a good place to go.....

Again...the bad news is I am anaemic again......at a blood level of 7.3(Half of normal human)

No wonder I have been tired, breathless and having constant headache recently....

One ordeal after another.....

But I always tell myself there are more unfortunate people than me out there.

"You have hope as long as you live"

Sigh....the last time I had this anemic was like 10years ago....

Don't know why recently it has been bugging me again.....Is it because of my long suppressed frustration that has caused me emotional instability?

Labrador Park is really a nice place to be to calm a tired mind...

Visit there regularly to take a walk or play with the 4 resident cats at the car park..

U should visit more of such secluded place to get away from daily live and relax the body!
