13Nov was my younger niece 1st birthday. It happens to fall on a Tuesday so my sister decided to bring forward the birthday celebration on 11Nov(sunday).


As I was just back from my trip on 9th Nov, I am dead tired....But as I have promised my sister previously to help her out in preparing the food, I have to drag myself out of my bed to her house.



I had to rush to complete all the ironing of my clothes from my trip and office wear that was not ironed before my trip.


Ironing clothes is the housework I hate most....don't know why but despite so many years of ironing...haha..I still have not perfect my skills.....in fact..I would consider below average....*LOL*


Reached my sis house at 1.30pm after mopping my house. Started with washing and marinating the chicken wings....



Then help out with other minor stuff like cutting, rolling, washing, etc.......



These are all the food for the birthday celebration....Actually nothing much..but I am very full after the meal.....



Chicken Wings, Puff Pastry hot dog, Pumpkin soup, Fried mee hoon, Tuna on toasted bread, Cocktail dessert, cake...





Cake baked by my sister for Princess Evee...Well It is considered quite good for a first attempt

Well, as usual no photos of my niece because my sister doesn't allow me to post their photos online as she is afraid of phedophile.....

The celebration ended at 8pm..and we all went home...with 0% of energy level....

What's coming up next? Well, Kt birthday is on 15nov. 2 days after Princess Evee....I am also baking a cake....hopefully is going to be successfully....But mine will be a simple cake without much decoration .....as I am not too fantastic with decorating and haven't take any course before....
