It was Kt's 35th birthday.....Decided to bake him a yummy chocolate cake.....

Apparently, I tried Princess Evee's birthday cake last Sunday and it taste quite yummy.....So I decided to use that receipe for the cake that I am going to bake.....Sigh.......

It turn out to taste "yucky"....Doesn't have the similar chocolate taste thou it is soft and spongy.

What did I do? Decided to throw away the whole cake...........What a waste of time and effort....

Luckily I have extra butter and eggs at home....It was already 1030pm.....when I finish baking my first cake.....spent the next 1.5 hrs baking a new cake using my previous receipe "Chocolate Brownie Receipe".....

KT commented the brownie is too sweet the first time....this time round, I reduced the sugar..hoping it won't change the texture of the brownie.......

Gosh...I heaved sigh of relief when the cake was baked.......it looks soft any yummy.....in addition, I make another 6 muffine brownie....2 for my breakfast =P.....another 4 which I brought to office for my colleagues......

The feedback was "very yummy" I am glad.....keke.....

Look at my smiley contented face so satisfied with my own baking result...hehe...

I hope KT will appreciate my effort...coz I was very tired last night after I finish baking and washing up, it was already almost 1230am.....

Fingers skin was rough and peeling from all the washing.......*poor fingers*.....

Met up with KT only ardound 7.30pm at Amara hotel.....Please don't be mistaken..we are not there to book a room....*haha*

But there to have dinner...well..is a shanghainese restaurant....call "SILKROAD"

Ordered a few dish because as usual, I am not able to take much food.....

Well, this year birthday cake didn't come as a suprise to him..because he was expecting I will bake a cake especially he knows that I was still awake at 12 midnite the previous nite...
