Went to baking class today and spend the whole afternoon making a Xmas Bread with hazelnut topping and a Xmas log cake.

It was really tiring and am having backache now. Spent a total of 4hrs just to make this 2 item. But is all worth it. I just love baking....too bad I am in the wrong profession.

Of coz this cake is going to be used as my 30th birthday cake cum Xmas BBQ Celebration...
where else but my house..looking forward to this big feast and celebration...with my niece and catch up with my long time buddy and her family
