Today....I am very sad......got a call at 11 plus in the morning......

Doctor say to ask the childrens and grand childrens to come down and see her for the last time....


When I reach there...saw some of my relatives crying.....and eyes were red.....

I went to her bedside...and see her one last time....she was gasping for breadth....and her eyes were wide open......I can see that she is trying to say something....but she couldn't utter a word...


I stroke her head gently....and tell her...I am here to see her....thou I know she couldn't really see me...nor recognise me....I was crying uncontrollably......coz she was quite dear to me..and doted on me.....when I was young...

Over the years...her health has deteoriated.....ever since her fall 4 yrs back .....which..left her bed ridden...

I know she's been suffering a lot for these few yrs......it is good for her...that she has passed on...and that has ended her suffering....physically and mentally.......


Although I am really griefed.....I am glad...that she has finally ended her suffering.....

She was pronounced dead on 21 Aug 2006 at 1255pm in Tan Tock Seng Hospital at the age of 97...You are a very good and nice granny....and

You will always be remembered by your kids and grand children...
