It's another brand new week......and is on the last quarter of the year.....which means....my birthday and Christmas is coming soon....hehe......hinting to you all lor *giggle*

Went to Orchard cineleisure...to watch "Devils Wear Prada"..

A movie cost me $9.50...Don't you think..is very very expensive?

Frankly the show..is very plain...not very fantastic...don't know why other people say until like the show cannot be missed...

Join Priscilla at Pure Yoga over the weekend.....Hmm.....I am still contemplating....if I should join Pure Yoga, True Yoga or Yoga Affinity.....But I will go for trial class at True Yoga and Yoga Affinity before joining....coz is going to be a 2 year commitment.....and of course...if I join....I must go at least 3 times a week...to be effective for me la....else in the end is waste time and waste money....Anyone got any reccommendations?

Sigh...but nobody join me at True Yoga le.....Pris is with Pure Yoga...while I got another colleague..in Yoga Affinity.....

Well personally I think Pure Yoga..environment is not bad..but the classe timetable..is kind of funny in weird hours...and the better class like power yoga is during working hrs.....very hard..to find...classes...that can fit a busy woman like me....Keke..*giggle*

True Yoga has got more classes and studio..and indeed the timetable is much better than Pure Yoga...but I heard is damn expensive compare to the rest....and the good thing I like about it is....it has branch both in Orchard and Raffles...which means if I am in my HQ..I can go orchard branch..if I am at client site...or go from home, I can go Raffles..Isn't it nice? so much more flexible...

Had terrible muscle pain after the Hot Yoga class on Sat afternoon.....and very sinful..I had a ice cream in orchard immediately after the class...then I went down to Expo Food Festival...eat some very sinful food and ice cream again....my Yoga effort..has all gone to waste.....

Again...Sunday went to Jumbo seafood......and had Lobsters...and other high calories food again...well but it's been a while.....seen I had seafood....so it's ok la...
